Zettler Digital (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a custom integration that connects your Klaviyo account to a ChatGPT-powered interface for reporting and insights (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when setting up and managing this integration on your behalf.

When we set up the Service for you, the following types of information may be accessed from your Klaviyo account via API:

  • Campaign, flow, and segment performance metrics
  • List and profile metadata (e.g., subscriber counts, segment membership, anonymized engagement metrics)
  • Event data (e.g., sends, opens, clicks, conversions)

We do not access or store personally identifiable information (PII) such as full customer email lists, names, or contact details unless specifically required for reporting.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your Klaviyo data solely for:

  • Generating reports and analytics via ChatGPT,
  • Providing insights and recommendations,
  • Supporting your lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Data Processing & Security

  • Zettler Digital acts as a data processor, accessing Klaviyo data only under your instruction.
  • ChatGPT (via OpenAI) acts as a sub-processor to generate natural language summaries and insights.
  • All data is transmitted securely via API and is not stored by Zettler Digital beyond the processing necessary to deliver reports.

4. Data Retention

  • We do not permanently store your Klaviyo data in our systems.
  • API keys and configuration credentials are stored securely and only for the duration of your engagement with us.
  • Upon termination of our services, all access tokens and stored data are deleted.
